Once your reservation has been made, the accommodation Al Pie del Puente Romano can charge up to 100% of your reservation to the credit card provided by the guest. In case of not being able to make the charge, the guest will have 24 hours for the update of his card, in case of not receiving this update, Calleja La Pimentera may cancel the reservation.
Non-refundable reservations do not admit changes of dates or modifications. If the guest cancels, a charge of 100% of the reservation will be applied.
No-show guests will lose all rights to their reservation and will not receive any refund of their reservation.
All notifications, requirements, requests and other communications to be made by the parties in relation to these general conditions must be made via e-mail or Whatsapp.
The request and the formalisation of the reservation necessarily imply that each and every one of these general conditions, considered as an integral part of the reservation and completed with the conditions of the rate and the specific applicable legislation, are expressly accepted by you.
